The challenge
Cozey's internal media team was scaling aggressively and needed a creative production partner who could deliver high-quality staged UGC at volume — a format that's impossible to produce with standard creator partnerships given the size and nature of the product.
Large modular sofas require a controlled production environment — proper staging, lighting, and set design. Regular creators filming at home can't deliver the quality that performs at scale. Cozey needed a partner who understood both the production and the performance side.

How we did it
We audited 90 days of Cozey's highest-performing ads. The clear winner: social proof combined with a delivery-speed hook drove 2.4× higher scroll-stop than lifestyle-only content. We mapped the 5 hooks and 3 formats their audience responded to most — and built every brief against that data.
For each production cycle, we delivered 24 UGC creatives across 2 format variations (4:5 and 9:16) — 48 total assets per batch. Each creative featured a different concept and hook variation designed for rapid A/B testing. All shoots were produced in-house at a fully staged set location — essential for furniture products where regular creator environments can't deliver the quality needed.
Cozey's media team ran the creatives and shared performance data back with us. By analyzing scroll-stop rates, hold rates, and CTR across every concept and hook, we identified which angles and formats resonated — and used those insights to brief the next production cycle.
We used the performance data from each batch to inform the next shoot. Each cycle produced stronger creative — not by iterating on a single winner, but by applying cumulative learnings about what their audience responds to. Better data in, better creative out. That's the compounding loop.
