The challenge
Grwoots had an existing ad account that wasn't structured to scale. Campaign architecture was outdated, creative testing was inconsistent, and the account wasn't set up to take advantage of Meta's Andromeda algorithm — which rewards creative diversity above all else.
The health and wellness space is one of the most competitive on Meta. Standing out requires not just good creative, but localized creative that speaks to different demographics in their own language and context. Grwoots needed a partner who could do the research, build the structure, and flood the system with high-performing variations.

How we did it
We took over the account and rebuilt it from scratch — making it Andromeda-ready with proper campaign architecture designed for Meta's creative diversification algorithm. We conducted extensive research and copymining: deep analysis of the competitive landscape, customer language, pain points, and winning angles across the health and wellness space.
After the research phase, we started producing and testing a high volume of creative variations. We did localization across different demographics — adapting creative language and using creators that matched each target audience segment. Structured naming conventions, systematic hook/angle/format testing, and rapid iteration cycles powered the entire pipeline.
We tracked every signal — CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate, CVR — and identified that the VSL (Video Sales Letter) format was a top performer. Health and wellness audiences respond to longer-form educational content that builds trust before the CTA. We leaned into this format heavily, producing multiple VSL variations and testing them against shorter formats.
The combination of proper account structure, creative localization, and VSL-format content compounded over time. CPA dropped 23% from when we took over the account. Revenue scaled to 7 figures in under 5 months. The system kept getting smarter with every cycle.
