The challenge
WeCook was already winning — the problem was they were winning less efficiently as they scaled. CPA was rising quarter over quarter as Meta creative fatigued and their content pipeline was inconsistent.
To sustain growth at their scale, they needed a creator content engine: consistent UGC volume across multiple audience angles and a system that didn't require them to manage 35 creators individually.

How we did it
We went deep into WeCook's existing ad account — analyzing every creative, audience, and performance trend. From this, we built a comprehensive creative strategy that we presented to their team, mapping which angles, formats, and audience segments had the most room to grow.
We identified 35 Quebec-based creators across 4 audience segments: young professionals, families, fitness-conscious, and student demographics. Each creator was briefed with a segment-specific angle — not a generic script. We managed all communication, contracts, and delivery.
150+ videos structured across multiple content formats: "first box" reactions, meal prep walkthroughs, price comparisons, taste tests, "what I ate this week" recaps, and lifestyle integrations. Each format mapped to a different funnel stage and targeting layer.
Beyond the creative production, we delivered a full creative strategy document with audience segmentation, format recommendations, and testing frameworks — giving WeCook a repeatable playbook for future content production.
